Tammy Lynn "Nanna" Mendenhall, 64, of Krebs, passed away Saturday, August 12, at her home in Krebs.

The family will welcome friends for visitation on Tuesday, Aug. 15, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Wednesday, Aug. 16, at 10:00 a.m. at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home with Roger Gibson officiating.  Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Memorial Park.  Pallbearers are Shane Weiher, Brian Weiher, Chris Weiher, Austin Weiher, Hunter Weiher, and Hayden Weiher.  Honorary pallbearers will be all of her other grandchildren and great grandchildren, Maegan Weiher, Hayden Young, Rowdy Mundy, Katelyn Weiher, Nicholas Mundy, Isabella Amos, Kelsey Amos, Nolan Weiher, Logan Mundy, Rylan Weiher, Liam Mundy, Jude Humiston, Logan Weiher, Adalyn Weiher, Asher Mendenhall, Colter Mendenhall, Kyle Mundy, and Amaya Lewis.

Tammy Lynn "Nanna" Mendenhall was born on March 12, 1959 in McAlester, the daughter of James and Marie Woody.  Her childhood was spent in McAlester and Blocker.  She and Don Mendenhall were married on September 8, 2006 in McAlester.  Tammy's work history includes working at Credit Data and Adjustment Bureau here in McAlester, then at Loan Plus Loan Company and Covington Golf Carts, and finally as office manager for the collection agency, HCFS.  Tammy enjoyed going fishing and playing pool.  She always loved tending to her flower gardens and providing a place of feeding and rest for the hummingbirds that she loved to watch.

Tammy is survived by her husband, Don Mendenhall; her 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Brian and Lacie Weiher, and Shane and Katherine Weiher; her step-children, David Mendenhall and wife Skylar, Alecia Humiston and husband Noah, Skyeler Mendenhall, and Sharon Mundy; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; a brother, Danny Woody; a sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Jimmy Weiher; and her biological mother, Billie Beshear.  She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Marie Woody, and her biological father, Floyd Beshear.
