Ruth M. Robinson, age 97, of Haileyville completed her journey here on Thursday, March 23, 2022.  Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 25, 2022 at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home Chapel in Hartshorne.  Private burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery of Hartshorne.  There will be a family and friends visitation from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday March 24, 2022 at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home of Hartshorne.

Mrs. Robinson was born on January 13, 1925 in Jamestown, Arkansas.  She lived most to her life in the Haileyville area.  She was a member of the Gloryland Baptist Church and belonged to the VFW Post 3085 Ladies Auxiliary.  She was an avid gardener and enjoyed going fishing and loved spending time with her grandchildren and family.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law:  Kenneth and Janet Robinson of Wylie, Texas, Frankie and Jenny Robinson of Justin, Texas and generations of grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charley and Ada (Davidson) Langford; daughter, Mary Lee Robinson; granddaughter, Sandra Oliver; grandson, Floyd Miller; three sisters and three brothers, Geneva Smith, Gladys Dalpoas, Edith Rich, Charles Langford, Carl Langford and Robert Langford.
