We announce with sorrow the passing of Mary Elois Bedford on December 10, 2024, at the age of 81. Born on June 10, 1943, Elois was a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend.

Elois' warm heart touched the lives of everyone she encountered. She was a constant source of support and strength to her family and friends. Her home was always filled with laughter and warmth, and she found joy in the simple pleasures of life.

Elois is survived by her children Ernest (Sonny) Robert Bedford III and his wife Cynthia, Nancy Liane Mills and her husband Tim, Jeffrey Davis Bedford and his wife Tara; her grandchildren Ernest (Robert) Robert Bedford IV, Bethany Taylor Bedford, Edward Franklin LeFlore II, Samuel LeFlore, Warner Davis Bedford, Jacob Dale Bedford, Clarence Kane Bedford, and Destiny Bedford; her great-grandchildren; her sister Ruby Davis; as well as numerous extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father J.F. Davis, her mother Pauline Davis, her sister Clara Talley, her brother Wayne Davis, her son-in-law Edward Franklin LeFlore, and her husband, Ernest (Bob) Robert Bedford II.

A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2024, at Haileyville Christian Church in Haileyville, Oklahoma. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her memory to Twin Cities Christian Outreach, 106 Apache, Hartshorne, Oklahoma 74547.
