Lora Faye Harper, 52, of Savanna, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2026 at her home.

Services will be scheduled at a later date.

Lora was born on December 1, 1973 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Billy Charles Williams, Sr. and Wynema Lou (Fixico) Williams. She is married to Matthew Hines and enjoyed her farm animals. She was a member of the Seminole and Creek Nations, and Dream City Church in McAlester.

Survivors include her husband, Matthew Hines; one brother and sister-in-law, Billy Charles Williams, Jr. and wife, Pam Williams; one sister, Teresa Maxine Norton; nieces and nephews, Patrick Charles Williams and Allison, Jeffrey Scott Williams and Cynthia, Rebekah Jolee Shirey and Adam; and niece Paige Leigh Ann Norton.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
