Kevin DeWayne Shirley, 50, of Stuart, Oklahoma, passed away on Monday, April 14, 2025.

Kevin was born on August 19, 1974 in McAlester, Oklahoma to Jerry and Pamela (Short) Shirley. He was a cook at Giacomo's Italian Cuisine and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, horseback riding, camping, drawing, gaming and cooking.

Survivors include his children and spouses, Devon Cates & Dustin Sams of Texarkana, OK, Tristan Shirley & Callie Miller of Konawa, OK, Jocelyn Shirley & Kaden Wiley of Ada, OK; three grandchildren, Anthony Cates, Acelyn Cates and Danni Sams; brother, Jim and Lynnette Shirley of Stuart, OK; sister, Alysha Blundell & Josh Hardin of Stuart, OK; parents, Pam Shirley & Chuck Patton of Stuart, OK; grandparents, Dora Lea Brewer of McAlester, OK, Delma (Jonnie) Shirley of Stuart, OK, and Judy Short of Fairfield, OH.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Shirley; grandparents, Jim Shirley, Bob Short, Wendell Brewer, Sr., Manilla & Elec Huffman; great-grandparents, Nick & Eolia Giacomo, and Ida Daniels.
