Jewel "Pee Wee" McCarroll, 71, of Hartshorne, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

He was born on September 12, 1950 in Wilburton, Oklahoma to William Wesley and Gladys Inez (Blood) McCarroll.  He married Carol Ramey on March 23, 1981 in Simi Valley, California and was a retired engineer with Boeing.

He is survived by his children, Richard Salie III, DeWayne McCarroll, Monica Johnston, Diana Parsons, David Salie, Amanda McCarroll; bonus sons, Daniel Cowdery and Darren Cowdery; two brothers, Willie Guy McCarroll and Roy McCarroll; sisters, Lea Layton and Wanda Langford.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol McCarroll; parents and a brother, Ernest McCarroll.

Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 2, 2022 at Elmwood Cemetery in Hartshorne with Dave Miller officiating.
