Jettie Ann Lackey, 76, lifelong resident of Kiowa, passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at a local nursing center.

She was born on June 29, 1945 in Kiowa, Oklahoma to Levie and Margaret "Maggie" (Fowler) Lackey.  She was a lifelong resident of Kiowa and was a member of the Apostolics of McAlester.  She enjoyed bingo, visiting, playing with her dolls (especially Georgia) and talking about family and being on the farm.

She is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Claud and Connie Lackey of McAlester, OK; nephew and spouse, Robert Wayne and Pam Lackey of Joplin, MO; two nieces and spouses, Shannon and Bobby Clement of Ector, TX and Jammie and Bobby Stowers of Arpelar, OK.  Special mention to all of the staff at Walnut Grove Living Center, she loved you all.  Thank you for taking such good care of her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Levie and Maggie Lackey and a brother, James Lackey.

Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday at the Kiowa Cemetery Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Bobby Stowers, Robert Wayne Lackey, Bobby Clement, Kaleb Stowers, Levi Stowers, Aaron Stowers and John Whetsel.
