Jacob Tyler Rakes, 32, of Hartshorne, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at his home.  No services are scheduled.

Jacob was born on January 27, 1992 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Randy Gene and Rebecca (Dobson) Rakes. He enjoyed video games and music.

Survivors include his daughter, Emma Nicole Rakes; parents, Rebecca Yvonne (Dobson) Rakes and Randy Gene Rakes; brother, Daniel Thomas Gene Rakes; grandmother, Ladonna Wooldridge.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rita Jo (Beauchamp) Dodson, Jerry Dwight Dodson and Jim Roberdes.

The family will have a memorial graveside service on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Washington Cemetery, Washington, Oklahoma.
