Ellen Sue Cole, 70, of Hartshorne, passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2022 at her home.

Ellen was born on March 27, 1952 in Talihina, Oklahoma to Wilson and Evelyn (Bohanon) Cole.  She worked for the Choctaw Nation for a number of years and was affiliated with the Choctaw Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Brandy and Carl Hudman of Sherman, TX, Amee and Mike Burrage of San Antonio, TX, Janah and Geremy Barone of Hartshorne, OK; grandchildren, Kalynn Hudman, Baleigh Hudman, Britton Barone, Stephen Burrage and Nathan Burrage; brother, Ellis Carnes, Jr. of Phillips, OK and a sister, Louise Ott of Coalgate, OK.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Amos Carnes, Thomas Cole and Mark Cole.

Family will receive friends on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home in Hartshorne.  Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 21, 2022 at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home Chapel in Hartshorne with Hannah Bryan and Virginia Espinoza officiating.
