Eddie Mullins was born on Feb. 9, 1962 in North Richland Hills, Texas to Joseph and Connie (Crone) Mullins. He was also active in his church at the Abundant Life Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his grandparents, Fred and Lois Crone and Ollie and Carlos Gilbert, and Jessie Mullins; a brother-in-law, Joey Schoggins; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
