Danny Mearl Rowley, 70, of McAlester, passed away on Friday, July 4, 2025 at McAlester Regional Health Center.

Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Brumley-Mills Funeral Home in McAlester.

Danny was born on November 5, 1954 to Mearl and Nancy Rowley. He was married to Patricia Wagner in Rockwall, Texas. He enjoyed building, yard work, and gardening.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia J. Rowley; children, Fredrick Kinkton, Sarah and Christopher Barnes, and Sarah "Nic" Burgess; grandchildren, Jakob Skinner, Isaiah Giddings, Devin Farris, Micah Kinkton, Elayne Burgess, and her two sisters and baby brother; Olivia Scarbrough, Karsein Barnes, Cortlein Barnes, and August Barnes; great-grandchildren, Leia Skinner; brothers and sisters-in-law, Mike and Lou Rowley, and Jerry and Gina Rowley; nephews, Jonathan Rowley, Josh and Stacy Rowley, Zach and Rachel Rowley, a great niece, Joan Rowley; and a great nephew, Brantley.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Brook L. Kinkton; father, Mearl Rowley; mother, Nancy and Bob Olson.
