Charles Lester Singer, 57, of McAlester, passed away on August 4, 2023 in McAlester.

Charles was born on September 20, 1965 in Kansas City, Kansas to John Henry and Mary Eula (Sunday) Singer.  He married Sarah Scott in Oklahoma City and they spent 9 years of marriage living in Yukon and Oklahoma City.  He was a professional wrestler and welder.  He was a wrestling coach and Sensei, a professional athlete and belonged to several private wrestling organizations, including WWE and Mid South.  He enjoyed chess and motorcycles.

Survivors include his wife, Sarah B. Singer; son, Michael Singer; daughters and sons-in-law, Sally Risenhoover, Audrye Danae Blankenship and husband, Charles Bedford, Skyler Dawn Benefield and husband, Steven Benefield; grandchildren, Indica and Rebel Benefield; sisters, Veronica Rhonda Eiswald and Christine Fredlund; uncle, Larry Sunday and wife, Lorraine.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will conduct a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at The King's House in McAlester.
