Charles A. Britton, 69, of McAlester, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2024 at McAlester Regional Health Center.

He was born on September 20, 1954 in McAlester, Oklahoma to James E. and Rita M. (Daugherty) Britton. He was a Retail Manager for Zales Jewelry Stores.  He loved guitars and singing, computers, movies, reading and he could fix anything.

Survivors include his children, Charles George, Phillip George and Christopher George; brother, James Britton; sisters, Teresa Hance, Jamie Britton, Laura Britton and Paula Cormier; brother-in-law, Billy Bond; niece, Randi Brinkley and husband, Rodney; great nieces, Autumm, Emilee and Laramee Brinkley; nephew, Riley Hance; his loving companions, his bulldog, Sissy Moose and cat, Tilly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James E. and Rita M. Britton; and a sister, Sherry Britton Bond.
