Carolyn Kay Overton, 65, of Hartshorne, passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at her home, with her family at her side.  No services are planned at this time.

Carolyn Overton was born on November 25, 1960 in Hartshorne to Joe Edward and June Yvone (Scott) Suter.  She grew up there and graduated from high school there and has lived in Hartshorne virtually all her life.  Over the years, she had worked at several different places around town.  She mainly enjoyed sewing and making quilts by hand.  She also raised goats, and she loved her goats.

Carolyn is survived by her life partner, Aaron Labor; her children, Michael Todd Wilson and wife Cindy, and Misty Dawn Womble and husband Joshua; grandchildren, Eliza and P. J. Perry, Damien and Alexia Wilson, and Hunter Perry; great grandchildren, Ernest Paul Perry, IV, Aspen Perry, Kylen Wilson, Jessica Wilson, and Wesley Andrew Little; her parents, Joe and June Suter; a brother, Michael Don Suter; a sister, Cynthia Diane Dobson; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Steve Suter, her grandparents, Lester and Vera Scott, and Joe and Mary Suter.
