Carole Ann Moore, 84, of Tannehill, passed away Sunday, March 16, at McAlester Reginal Health Center.  The family has completed arrangements for cremation and will have a family celebration of life in the near future.

Carole Ann Moore was born on Dec. 30, 1940 in Antioch, Calif. to James and Ruth (Fouts) Hunziker.      While in California, Carole worked as a secretary for a local college for several years.  Carole was married to Eldon Moore in Yuma, Arizona, and they moved to Tannehill permanently in 1998.  Carole had been active in the Daughter's of the American Revolution, serving as Regent for several years.  Carole loved the outdoors, and especially enjoyed the beauty of the deserts in the western United States.

Carole is survived by her husband, Eldon Moore; a son, Robert Moore; a daughter, Janette Richards; a brother, James Hunziker; a sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Paul Sanders; and 4 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Matt Hunziker.
