Bobby Joe Tucker was born on August 29, 1943 in Dow, Oklahoma to George W. "Buster" and Myrtle (Linn) Tucker.  He grew up there and graduated from Haileyville High School.  Bobby worked as an advertising consultant for the McAlester News Capital and the McAlester Cable company for several years.  He also owned and operated Tuckers Flooring for several years, and Tuckers T's, a screen-printing operation, mainly for t-shirts.  Bobby loved sports, and kids, and volunteered as a little league baseball coach at the Boys Club for over 30 years.  He also refereed basketball in the county for over 25 years.  Bob was a loyal fan of the LA Dodgers and OU Football.  Bobby loved to fish and was a regular at the Tuesday night Jackpot at Eufaula Cove.  He also loved to garden and usually had an abundant vegetable garden at home.  His greatest pleasure, though, was his grandkids; he especially enjoyed watching them at their ballgames.

Bobby is survived by his wife, Melia Tucker; children, Bobby Ray Tucker and wife Patti, Larry Wade Tucker and wife Mandy, Kelli Rose and Todd Wallace, Kerri Haggard and husband Ryan, and Garett Rose and wife Sandy; grandchildren, Alex Tucker, Paige Beasley and husband Dustin, Bryce Tucker, Ross Tucker and wife Kayli, Ryan Tucker and wife Kayla, Karlee Haggard and Colby Hopper, Kaleb Haggard, and Kacee Rose; great grandchildren, Beckham Beasley, Bristol Beasley, Jax Tucker, Maxi Tucker, Cal Tucker, Case Tucker, and Kohen Hopper; and a sister, Laura McCullar.  He was preceded in death by his parents, and 6 siblings, Louise Shann, Marcella Marcangeli, Chink Tucker, Pete Tucker, Charles Thomas Tucker, and Vance Tucker, and a granddaughter, Audra Tucker.
