Billy Gearld Crandell 62, of Checotah, Oklahoma passed while in the hospital's care on Friday the 24th of September 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Billy was born November 17, 1958 in Amarillo, Texas to Billy Gearld Crandell Sr and Betty Dean (Winters) Crandell.

Billy was a very hard worker who drove a truck across the country most of his adult life. He later retired from Bancroft and Sons Trucking out of Grand Prairie, Texas after a tragic medical injury, which occurred in 2008. Billy suffered from Hypoxic Brain damage from 2008 until death.

Billy was preceded in death by his father, Billy Gearld Crandell Sr on July 17, 2004, Brothers Kenny Dewayne Crandell who passed on July 2, 2006, Ronald Glen Crandell who passed on January 31, 2009, and lastly, his mother, Betty Dean (Winters) Crandell who passed December 26, 2013.

Survivors include his only child, a daughter, Christena Reynolds Reilley (Crandell), son-in-law Joshua Luke Reilley, grandchildren James Luke Reilley, McKinley Nicole Reynolds, Wyatt Thomas Reilley, and Preston Blake Reilley of Howe, Texas. His sister and brother-in-law, Tereasa Michael (Crandell) and Danny Michael of Haskell, Oklahoma. His niece, Ciera Freeman, her husband William Freeman, and their two children, Ely and Emeri Freeman of Eufaula, Oklahoma.

Billy Gearld Crandell Jr's funeral was held at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home of McAlester, Oklahoma on October 2, 2021, and was finally laid to rest next to his brothers and parents in the Savanna Cemetery at Savanna, Oklahoma.
