Alan "Beau" Geste Jordan, Jr., 47, of McAlester, passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.
He was born on May 19, 1976 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Alan Beau Geste Jordan, Sr. and Cindi (Ashing) Been. Beau was raised by his parents, Charley and Cindi Been in Krebs, Oklahoma until he graduated from Pittsburg High School as Valedictorian of his class in May 1994. On May 16, 1997, he married Audra Daniels Jordan. Beau was a proud father to "his girls". He and Audra remained lifelong friends. Beau married Leslie Sharlette Withers on March 18, 2020 in Wilburton, Oklahoma. He worked for Big V Feeds, Inc. for the last 3 years, where he made many friends. Growing up, Beau was a member of the Pentecostals of McAlester. His hobbies include watching football and was an avid OSU fan, playing Mario, watching movies, listening to music, spending time with his wife, children and family. He loved being a PapPaw. He also enjoyed cooking, going to the lake, landscaping, laughing and being a prankster. He was best described as "Charismatic".
Survivors include his wife of the home, Leslie Sharlette Jordan, McAlester, Oklahoma; children, Natalie Jordan, Elisha Jordan, Chloe Jordan, Major Rogers of McAlester, Oklahoma, Teagin and Cassandra Rogers and Mahli Rogers, of Ada, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Lila Mize, McAlester, Oklahoma and Kai Rogers, Ada, OK; Brothers, Chad and his wife, Angie Been and Corey Been of Morris, Oklahoma and; nieces and nephews, Gracie Been, Ayden Been, Aria Been, Maelea Been and Ember Been all of Morris, Oklahoma. Beau has two special aunts, Sherry Davis and Kathy Crain of Muskogee, Oklahoma and one uncle, Billy Jordan of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Beau was preceded in death by his father, Alan Beau Geste Jordan, Sr.; sister, Elisha Been; grandparents, Steve and Ruth Jordan, George and Palvene Ashing, Charley Been, Sr. and Wilma Been.
Memorial services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home Chapel in McAlester.
